I had my house on the market for 5 months and it did not sell within that time frame. I received a call from Savannah Gangsei and she said I see you took your home off the market so did you decide not to sell? I said some how my home did not sell but I think I still would like to sell it. Savannah came to visit me and made several suggestions to me to prepare my home for selling. I took her suggestions and listed my home with her and within a week I had a full offer and the deal was done. After a bad experience with a realtor who did nothing to help us sell our home, we lucked out and found Savannah... or rather she found us! I liked her energy and knowledge of the area and the market immediately. She worked very hard to help us sell our large home. Even during the COVID crisis she remained positive, letting us know that the market was still strong in Arizona. Through open houses and marketing, Savannah brought many potential buyers through the home and kept in touch with those who showed interest. Contrast that with those realtors who just sit and wait for someone to call! We have worked with many realtors over the years to sell homes and Savannah is the very best! She is young, but wise beyond her years, energetic, professional, positive and responsive. The level of service she brought during the journey of selling our home was excellent! I'd recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home!

My Wife and I spent the better part of 2yrs browsing homes. We had lived in our neighborhood in our first home for 10 years, and wanted to upgrade the house and neighborhood. We bumped into Ms. Savannah at an open house, and we simply asked if she would help us out selling our home. We knew no one in the business, and definitely needed help.
Fast forward to 2020, and in the middle of a pandemic. Not only did we sell our home for what we were asking, but found our dream home that has been nothing short of amazing. It ended up being the deal of a lifetime.
I (we) cannot stress enough how professional and hard working Ms. Savannah is. There are people who work in Real Estate as a “hobby” and then there are the semi-professionals. The next level of Agents are the ones you read about in the papers making the deals that you wish you could work with. That’s Ms. Savannah. She is above reproach in this line of work. Her tenacity in getting you the property that you want, and at a price that fits your budget. She is simply amazing in her knowledge and skill at working thru many difficult tasks and buyers/sellers (ahem…that was us)
TL;DR You’re on a fool's errand if you don’t work with her on your next property. I write very few reviews with good reason. Most don’t deserve it, but she certainly does.

The market for a high end home like ours is very thin, but Savannah kept potential buyers coming. She took care of staging the home and spent much of her time doing open houses. She was very meticulous in making sure that the home was secure after showings, inspections, etc, and was always there herself to make sure everything was done right. As we were selling an unoccupied home, Savannah notified us of issues that needed attention and helped us take care of many. She is absolutely amazing; she had unwavering confidence that she could find a buyer and she did!
We love Savannah and would ask her to be our realtor again without a second thought! She is a true professional, with dedication and a real work ethic. Thank you Savannah!!!!

We would strongly recommend Savannah Gangsei for any of your real estate needs. We met Savannah at an open house some time ago, as we were looking to downsize. She was integral in our search, giving us sound guidance and feedback. We closed on our new property, which she negotiated very well on our behalf, and then Savannah went to work to sell our current home. Don't let her youth fool you; she is very confident in her knowledge and ability, and landed on an asking price that was higher than we had imagined. She suggested "Coming Soon" status, and in just over a week we had two offers, with one above asking. Savannah never wavered in her belief that our home was priced correctly; in our opinion she has a better sense of the market than many longer tenured luxury agents in this area.
